What you Will Need

材料:
薄豬扒 4至5塊
乾蔥(剁蓉)1粒
洋蔥(切條) 1小個
紅蘿蔔(切粗條)1/2條
紹興酒 適量

醃料:
生抽(醬油)1湯匙
薑汁 1/2茶匙
粟粉(玉米粉)1茶匙
鹽 1/8茶匙
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許
調味料:
喼汁 1湯匙
水 1湯匙
茄汁 1 1/2茶匙
糖 2茶匙
麻油 少許

How To Make It?

做法:
豬扒洗凈,用廚房紙吸乾水份。用刀背或鬆肉錘拍鬆。加醃料拌勻,待20分鐘後。放入燒熱油的平底鑊中,用中大火把兩面煎至金黃色,並熟透。兜起備用。
再下少許油燒熱,下紅蘿蔔和洋蔥炒至軟身。撥開蘿蔔和洋蔥至鑊邊,在鑊中央加乾蔥蓉爆透,炒勻蘿蔔和洋蔥。把豬扒倒回鑊中。澆酒,倒進調味料,快手炒勻,即可上碟。趁熱享用。
