康寶濃縮鮮雞汁

How To Make It?
土雞清乾淨後,雞內部以雞粉、蜆蚧醬塗抹醃製,接著以適量的醬色將雞塗抹均勻,再用油鍋略炸至金黃色撈起,備用。
薑片及蔥段下鍋爆香,涮酒後放入水煮滾成湯汁。
土雞放入砂鍋中後,將步驟二煮的湯汁一起放入鍋中慢火將雞燜煮入味,過程中須將雞翻煮過,待燜煮入味之後,把雞撈起剁成塊狀放入盤中。
將芡汁調味料與蜆蚧爆香,把砂鍋中的燜雞湯汁倒入鍋中,加入雞汁和糖調味後勾薄芡。
把蜆蚧芡汁淋於雞肉上,再以略炒過的青菜排盤。
